No need to reinvent the wheel - the optics on your blue-sky thinking make it a non-starter, but if you want to bring a benefit analysis to the town hall meeting, please keep it client-focused and pro-active on swim lanes and granular on the price-points.
Let’s back that truck up a minute and take a 10,000 foot view. I don’t mean to move the goalposts, but we must literally punch up, not punch down if we’re going to maintain a big tent approach here.
