I thought he sounded like a whiny puppy who’d been disciplined when he announced he was withdrawing the hold. The Senate bill subsequently passed by unanimous consent.

How is it possible for a single Senator to block ANY bill? This should be impossible unless he was standing ON THE FLOOR and reading Dr Seuss.
