Need help with how to remove a gate hinge pin.

I looked for a pin to remove, before I posted. There isn’t one.
There is no way to remove all the screws that hold the hinge on, as I can’t open the gate. I could get the face screws off, but that wouldn’t help as the hinges are also screwed to the inside of the post, which is odd.
The neighbor had sod installed too high, so the gate will not swing open, hence the need to get the gate off, so we can cut the bottom off a bit.

I think I found out the name of the company that installed the fencing, so I will try to call them and ask if they know how I can remove the pin.

It seems like the pin has to come out because it seems they would have hung the gate that way, but who knows.

I hope the company will give me some help.
