Need help with how to remove a gate hinge pin.

I am trying to get all the options for us now. He is out of town till tomorrow, so hopefully when he gets back, we can formulate a plan.

I did try to turn that pin, with a screw driver. It is not budging, at least for me.

I am waiting for a call back from the fence people to see what they say we can do.
