Adobe: "More Robust" Photoshop Elements 2022

hey you LR/PS expert users:

i have a question:

does photoshop elements employ the same catalog structure as adobe bridge/adobe lightroom?

if my images were in a photoshop elements catalog, could i seamlessly upgrade to lightroom classic and keep the same catalog of images?
