Can't speak to Time Machine as I haven't been using it.
No issues with Finder sidebar.
Only wake from sleep is the not uncommon one for Intel based Mini's. Has nothing to do with the OS version. This issue alone is pushing me to upgrade to a M1 based device (MBA or Mini) earlier than I had planned.
