If you have been selecting the slower free Prime "no rush" shipping option when purchasing items from Amazon, you may have been accumulating "digital credits" that can be used toward purchases of downloadable content from Amazon (e.g. e-books, videos, etc).
These digital credits expire after a time so you need to be sure to redeem them in a timely manner.
