Not exactly a meal-time green or anything resembling tasty, but the single best green I've found for nutrition is still a very particular strain of wild cyanobacteria algae called Aphanizomenon flos-aqua. Been eating it daily for 30 years, and one of the best anti-inflammatory solutions I've found. I get it in bulk (by the pound) and mix with OJ for eye-opening mud drink every morning.
