I used to have most every study and book on the subject, but alas, no more. A quick start would be this page at WebMD and another at Cleveland Clinic. I'd also dig through the list that comes up on Google Scholar.
Good luck with the gut health. I've seen a lot of people reverse some pretty severe conditions. Check out a nutritionist and author, Russell Mariani. I've sent a lot of people to him, all with great results. He's super strict, but you can adjust his suggestions to your liking.
Back on the original question: my favorite meal greens would be arugula and broccolini.
