Depending on how critical the photos are, you might be able to get a nice iPhone 8 off swappa for under $200 in excellent condition.
Id prob go one step further and have the photos auto upload to the cloud so everyone can access without making an email. Dbox, one drive, google, etc -- they all have the option.
Yeah, Minis are pretty pricy. Ouch. suddenly thinking an iPhone XR or 11 for $419 might be a better idea. Maybe a previous generation Mini? Photos aren't critical. Customer products are "industrial" and pretty nasty when they come in. Just need to send out e-mails with customer name and what they sent in and a date. They orginaize them up front. I am thinking uploading them to the cloud as well. I need to keep this as simple as possible because if it's to much work I will end up just doing it myself. That really isn't an option.
