Been getting my Friday sessions with the trainer in just fine, but having a hard time getting the on-my-own second session in on Mon or Tue. Today was lost taking wife to the doctor to check on a sprained ankle; haven't found an excuse for tomorrow so maybe I'll make it.
Working on taking off a few pounds and making progress. I know that fussing about four or five pounds is trivial compared to so many, but if I don't nip it in the bud now, when will I? Portion control is key for me. Been eating heat & serve meals for dinner and if I let one of those be enough, I'm good. When I don't feel full enough and add a bit more, I start the slow gain.
