That remains to be seen. I think it has equal chances of delivering a democrat defeat as a win. From my seat, I’m seeing a lot more complaining about this from swing voters than I am people who are happy about it. But that is just my circle, so who knows.
Seems like it helped his approval rating, but you could be right.
