Latest numbers from Wikipedia,:
Estimated number of civilian guns per capita by country - Serbia 39/100 people. Pretty high, but still only 1/3rd ours.
List of countries by firearm-related death rate - Serbia 3.23/100,000. Also pretty high, but still only 1/4th ours.
Although it’s not in this graph (not really a first-world country), it’s barely off the regression line, just to the right of where Austria is.
