Israeli raid kills three men accused of killing UK-Israeli woman and daughters

Out of curiosity, does the IDF arrest / take prisoners ? I do realize that an army, by its training, makes a very poor police force, as their training is to kill.

(US Police training used to be to arrest, not so much these days..)
