The only leverage I can see is the proposal to block the $10M funding to SCOTUS that has to be approved by Congress.

Are there 10 GOP Senate votes to be found?

Heck impeaching that former President for inciting violent insurrection only found 7 Republican Senators willing to convict, and you need 10 more than that (2/3rds majority to impeach...)

From Wikipedia
Three (Cassidy, Collins, and Sasse) had just won reelection and two (Burr and Toomey) were not seeking another term, while Romney had already voted to convict during the first impeachment. Murkowski was the only one of those seven senators who was to face voters in the '22 election, and she won handily.

DOJ should try every Justice who's violated the real estate transaction disclosure rule - if that's really a thing - and hopefully they'll be convicted in a lower court... and the other Justices in the SCOTUS would refuse to accept their appeals.
