Why are these topics aligned: anti-abortion, pro-guns, climate change denials

I am not saying at all we shouldn't try here in the US, just that everyone needs to be onboard, and I think unless we get China and the rest of Asia, and India onboard, it will be an ugly long uphill battle. (not because of their population numbers, but because of their emerging industrialization as a whole)
