Microwave repair has defeated me

Factory service said it was not something they would repair...

Very upset that KA thought it was ok not to offer repair on a micro that cost as much as that one. It was the brand the builder installed, so I had no choice in the brand, at the time.



That sucks, and not in a good way.

'We just build 'em, we don't fix 'em' is certainly common enough, as cheap microwaves have been disposable kit for a long time.

But when it's a pricy item from a pricey brand, one would think that repair is an option.

Of course, most of us here are Apple centric, so this, however infuriating, is nothing new to us.

At least Apple will take their stuff back for 'green' recycling?
