I'm back at where I started. This should have been a federal charge against Trump for election interference.
Let the state deal with the people who were given voter data in that small county, plus the officials who helped them. They've already gotten several guilty pleas on that.

The feds have much deeper resources and frankly better attorneys.

Speaking of attorneys, Trump has hired top notch people in Georgia, they are not playing. He is obviously taking the charges very seriously despite his rhetoric.

The phone call thing is the linchpin of the case. Willis can strengthen and refile the indictments but that delays the trial even more.
