It's a huge issue where growth had exceeded Verizon's buildout. The Tahoe and Reno areas have grown immensely since COVID and the system has not grown to match. We had to laugh last summer as we took a trip down 95 in the middle of Nevada and had absolutely perfect 4G LTE service that far exceeded anything we get in our area.
I switched to US Mobile (on Verizon) from Visible since the latter doesn't roam & I needed coverage in a US Cellular area.
Supposedly the 5G plan I have gets the same (highest) data priority as Verizon postpaid.
Paid $250 for a Black Friday special last fall...30GB/month data, 5GB hotspot.
