He's not going to jail.
He's just spending a huge amount on lawyers. And then he'll pay the tax and penalties when he loses the trial. Or they'll do a plea deal that makes sense to the judge.
His separate trial in Delaware regarding a gun purchase while using drugs will either get plead down or if he's convicted he'll get some sort of alternative sentence and probation.
