Serving size has to be about an inch square, dmann! Lordy that thing's rich! I must have tried the lo-fat version, because I believe if you gave me a spoon and the springform pan, I would be happy.
One of the great disasters I ever saw was a caterer trying to load a flourless wedding cake into a minivan. The bride insisted on a tiered cake even though it really shouldn't be done. The cake must have weighed 75 pounds and was very unsteady. It did not make it into the van, though parts of it made it UNDER the van.
