My house cleaner is a young Ukrainian woman who, when I expressed my sorrow at what the tRump win meant for her country, was quite surprised. She didn’t think that he will be bad for Ukraine. Now, I just assumed that she was a pro-democracy Ukrainian — could be she’s pro-Russian though she doesn’t speak any Russian.
