Here's reality: unlike Trump, the U.S. has zero troops involved in a war currently under the Biden administration. The other reality is POTUS does not determine what wars start or do not start between other foreign countries no matter how you try to spin it.
It's not like Trump tried to not have war other than follow Putin's instructions in Syria. FACT.
