But I can count positive things from each as well.
From trump?!?

Other than that catchy name, would ANY other administration have responded differently to a global pandemic, without extraordinary measures?

Think the Ump needs glasses.
Nearly all of the tariffs against China that Trump put in are STILL in place under Biden.
There is no question Trump raised the awareness and did far more against China than Obama. Sorry, but upon review, your call is overruled and the initial call stands.
Abraham Accords - you really are out of date. I honestly think the progress that was made under 45 was a major success. It was not, however, due to Trump. But the singular success I can give of real new foreign policy by his administration, and not even conducted by his SoSs. There was a real consequence of that effort, in that it likely escalated the attack by Hamas on Israel. But there is no doubt it was a new approach to the Middle East, and it was working. Again, upon further review, the initial call stands.
Project Warp Speed - there is not a single person in vaccine development that thinks this was anything but an amazing success. What is sad is that politics appears to have gotten in the way of functionally learning from this to re-organize how we do many, many approvals in the FDA. But no, since it was done under 45, the 46 administration could not adopt it. Again, prior ruling stands.
Please stop ignoring successes of GOP - the EPA comes to mind under Nixon - when you put on your Dem glasses.
And please do not judge me because I see successes wherever it seems to come from. I could certainly spend all day listed the clear issues from the 45 administration that personally and professionally impacted me. So do not think that when I call out a few good pitches that I do not see all sorts of balls, HBP or downright absurdities.
Nobody is denying Richard Nixon his political successes. His political savvy. His contributions opening up relations with China. The Clean Water and Air Acts, the EPA as you mention.
Nobody is denying Gerald Ford his sincere efforts to curb inflation. His common sense and decency.
Yeah, Reagan is racked over the coals. Nobody is denying him his absolute respect for maintaining the dignity of the White House and the office of the Presidency.
Nobody is denying George H.W. Bush his sensible approach to governing responsibly. He didn't stick to some stupid ideology just to make a point and to stick it to Democrats. He did what he felt was truly responsible and necessary in policy and war.
Nobody is denying George W. Bush his successes. Sure, he's heavily raked over the coals for how he managed the war in Afghanistan and then incredibly, Iraq. But, No Child Left Behind and his efforts to curb and stamp out AIDS all over the world is acknowledged and even celebrated. He also didn't tolerate hatred, anti-immigration hysteria and much more. It was all sincerely legislated. He's a gentleman and a good egg.
Nope. It's this one singular pieceofshit human being named Donald Trump that people have chosen to ride and represent them, that has the entire civilized world up in arms. Because he's terrible and not only doesn't he not know what he's doing, he's pure evil. He cannot be defended.
It's HIM and him alone. There's nothing to like about him, yet he wins the presidency. People need to change.
