Where Do Volunteer Moderators Sign Up?

Id like to be a mod as I said above but I get the feeling people ight think Im stupid because I always ask a a lot of questions..but that's how ya learn right?

The only truly stupid people are those that don’t ask questions. I understand fear that makes you hesitate to ask, but there are people who insist on not asking questions and don’t seem to understand that they need to ask because they don’t know and are too *whatever* to look it up themselves. Willfully ignorant people are stupid. They can learn, but they refuse to even listen. 

I would have naively thought that those with higher degrees would have a questioning mindset, but I have found quite a few who don’t. 

You ask. You’re not stupid, you just don’t know yet.
