Depending on the size(s) of the gaps / how big the pieces you have to fill in, and if you care about appearance, you might consider using Oatey Fix-It Stick: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Oatey-Fix-It-St...ty/3132883

... this stuff is amazing, it is sandable and paintable and dries hard as a rock. You could conceivably paint it to match the granite.
