HELP Using Zoom on a Mac, Recording on a Mac to local? HOW?

I'm new to Zoom. I'm on my iMac.

I have the latest version of Zoom app.

How does it work to record zoom meeting audio? I set up the meeting and am the admin.

We have tried twice to record yet no recordings exist. In fact the folder documents/zoom does not exist.
