How bad is it for fresh grated parmesan to be unrefrigerated for a few hours?

Never mind. I dawdled and won't have time to hit TJ's today. But the Basil is on the brink of flowering....
An insulated bag has been on my list for a while... ordered a few off amz a while back but they were garbage and I returned them.
