I didn't need any sort of extra bracket to add a second internal drive to my Dual 1.8 G5.
Apple already included specialized extra screws to use to slide in the new drive. Look for the needed screws nearby the second drive bay. They are screwed in to the chassis for safe storage. Remove them from the chassis, screw them into the new drive and slide it in. It's a very easy install. The second drive bay is empty and awaits the new drive. There is even a SATA connector there ready to connect to the new drive.
Mine is a first generation Dual 1.8 G5. YMMV.
