MacMagus, yes, I saw that too from my Googling. The problem is he just says "it's not in the public domain" without any further explanation (just as the places I've found that say it IS in the public domain don't give too much explanation beyond citing the Berne Act). If the US Copyright Office search engine were working, we could of course answer this question fairly definitively...
Oh, and by the way... I'm assuming this show is not in the "pubic" domain. Felix Unger would assume that you were making an "A$$ of YOU and ME" with that statement! (
