It's astounding the really significant amounts of money people will pay for utter crap that some slick huckster offers. This guy made $50 million! on items that in a short while will have almost Zero re-sale value.
Then there's that guy on some cable channel w/his so-called Fine Art Auctions; same kind of "limited edition" print trash, each going for $800 or a couple of grand at about the same rate as QVC sells toasters. The first time I saw it, I thought 90% of the sales must be completely fake, just trying to sucker in one live person to call in w/an actual credit card purchase. Now, sadly, I realize that they probably were really selling all that schlock per minute...
