Just Some Mac Designers Talking #4 (about PS on PC)

Selecting a typeface in Photoshop on a PC seems harder to me than on a Mac but I've seen someone use the scrollwheel to scroll through his fonts once while his type was selected.
Anybody know how you continually change a selected typeface using the scroll wheel and some key combination? Thanks
