Ken Onion by Shun 7-Inch Santoku

Wanted a Santoku knife to replace my 30 yr old Wustoff Classic chefs knife. Tried several out and the feel of this knife was unbelievable. Truly an extension of the hand.
Same deal as my other post below... My wife knew I wanted a Sandoku, but she also knew that feel was very important, so she decided to simply let me pick it out.
I'm also getting the Ken Onion 3" paring knife as well
