Obviously, you haven't bothered yourself to read the reports on this matter, where Starbucks make themselves and their position clearly known.
Of course, reading those reports would get in the way of your efforts to define yourself as the sole judge of what's "reasonable", so it's no wonder you have deliberately ignored said reports.
