... who have inflated shipping/handling charges? I see an item I'd like to get, buy-it-now of $3, but the calculated S&H is $12.15 USPS Priority. According to the seller, the item will weigh over a pound. She tells me that she is charging $2.75 as a "handling fee". Somehow I am still not seeing this adding up to $12.15...
