This Sunday's Doonesbury completely and utterly nailed Iraq. I shan't post the (copyrighted) clip here, but the dialogue went like this:
Iraqi Army guy: "Ah yes, I know this man. He is a bad evil man."
American guy: "Well, we have orders to take him alive"
Iraqi Army guy: "I cannot do that. I have sworn vengance. One of his family killed one of my family".
American guy: "When did this happen ?"
Iraqui guy: "1392"
American guy: " What is WRONG with you people ? "
Iraqi Army guy: "Ah yes, I know this man. He is a bad evil man."
