Small vehicular accident
#11
Good advice so far. Pardon my use of BBCode but...

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING, ANYTHING, FOR AT LEAST A COUPLE WEEKS!!!11!!ONE!!ONE!11

That of course, related to insurance claims...

If you feel pain now, you will feel more pain later. About ten years ago I was in a car crash. I felt fine, no pain, no discomfort. That was a Friday night. Saturday or Sunday the other driver's insurance co came to my work and gave me the forms to sign to get $1000 for my car (it wasn't worth that much, so it seemed like a deal.)

I signed.

Come Monday my back started aching. That was followed by years of back pain and discomfort. Permanent (or close to it) damage had been done, but I didn't "feel" it for a couple days. You can only "feel" a very, very small percentage of your body. So the amount of pain you feel really has very little bearing on how much damage has been done.

I would suggest you see a chiropractor. Also, find one that focuses on "wellness" rather than just relieving pain. You will get much better advice and help that way.
