I'm sure going to the doctor tomorrow will be just fine if you are not in terrible pain. As someone who has been through this before, several times, I would recommend going though. Ask for xrays and an evaluation of the injury. Track any time you miss from work as the insurance will reimburse you for this. You probably just have sore muscles and need a massage or chiropractic adjustment, but it is best to be sure.

You might also want to evaluate the other persons insurance. If they have high risk insurance or low cost insurance they will be very difficult to deal with. You might have to choose between a long fight or getting a lawyer.

Hopefully they will have good insurance and your treatments will be minor.
