I agree with olnacl... if Ihelp the tray in when it goes to feed, mine works fine. I also have to help it out.
I bought a replacement tray, but it did no better.
There is an option to Epson for CD printing. You can print on CDs with certain Canon printers. But you have to
1. remove a panel from the printer (exposing the CD slot) ,
2. buy an aftermarket tray, and
3. activate the CD printing function in firmware with a few button combinations.
