I'll go ahead and tell you the answer: one doesn't reboot and use boot camp. One simply reboots into the Windows one has installed, and then is running a pure Windows machine. Boot Camp doesn't come into play at all once it is running as a pure Windows machine.
Um, you didn't answer the question. In fact, you alluded to the fact that bootcamp is actually used to allow an Intel Mac to boot into Windows.

So I'll ask the question again, but this time it can be answered with a simple yes or no. Remember elmo, answer with either "yes" or "no."

Does bootcamp need to be used on an Intel Mac in order for it to be able to boot directly into Windows?
