What part of "The mileage is 23-26 mpg a lot less than promised" do you refuse to read?
That was Mint's original claim, presumably a complaint.
Then we realize that this isn't coming from HIM directly; this is from his insane sister's driving.
Of course, no one promised *what* mileage Mint's insane sister would get, so where does he come from saying that her insane driving gives "mileage that's a lot less than promised"?
He comes from a position that's at the very least not thought out at all, not even the first little bit.
HIs is an insane comment with no meaning. He observes that his insane sister gets less than what the sticker says. Since the sticker has nothing to do with how his sister drives, and since he finally admitted that his sister drives insanely, then Mint came in and made an insane statement.
Mint obviously has problems going through life, and he's happy to document the specifics here.
