Cooper is about 25lbs. I think they told me to induce vomiting due to my own concern rather than any ill effects the small bit chocolate may have had. 
He is my first dog and I was REALLY concerned when I called. There is so little chocolate in the cookies he had that if he were to get into them now I would probably just let it go.
My sister's beagle once ate almost a whole bag of Hershey's Kisses (and most of the foils) and the only negative affect was a severely upset stomach that lasted for a couple days.
