grm...just spent some time talking in circles to someone in their customer service department. He'd occasionally babble about how "Dell cannot be responsible for pricing or other errors, and reserves the right to cancel orders arising from such errors." which just made me wonder if he actually understood english.
I suspect that this is a weird enough fuckup that I have to deal with someone from the US. Hopefully someone I can pin down with logic - the weakness with that strategy being that dell reps thus far aren't bound by logic. They think its okay to correct pricing errors after an item has shipped.
