I ordered the Desktop Migration Bundle on December 13 and received it a few days later. My credit card was charged $9.74, which was the correct amount with Texas sales tax. At the same time the dialog appeared on this forum, I received an email from Dell saying that my LapLink PCMover Bundle had shipped. I looked at my previous emails from Dell for this order and was not sure what they were sending. I checked my credit card and saw that I had not been charged the $9.74 in mid December but had on December 29. The LapLink PCMover arrived today.
I called India and tried to explain the problem. The lady was nice but had to disappear a couple of times to discuss it with someone else. She finally told me that I would see only one $9.74 charge on my card and that I could keep the PCMover. She also said she would send an email documenting our conversation.
I will continue to monitor my credit card account.
