The spray is either Krylon Acrylic Crystal Clear (Gloss) http://www.krylon.com/main/product_templ...?levelid=5&sub_levelid=8&productid=1736&content=product_details
or Matte Finish http://www.krylon.com/main/product_templ...?levelid=5&sub_levelid=8&productid=1816&content=product_details

The Matte is also great for ink-jet business cards or disc labels.
