It's just about all talking heads (conference), so very little motion. They're primarily looking for good sound bytes.
Of course I do want the timecode generator to be readable, I don't think it has to be high quality. I just need them to log what they want in the final product. I'm curious what you size and settings you'd export from FCP, and would you then encode again in Toast?
I was thinking they would be reviewing this on their computer or home DVD player. Plus they are on PC's and non technical.
So are you thinking just burn a raw file like a .mov or mp4 or make a playable dvd (mpeg2 I guess) using toast or idvd.
