They've botched several attempts at repairing my iPod. Now I'm exercising the Lemon clause in the extended warranty. The staff in house is backing me and in 3-7 days I should be able to walk out with a brand new iPod equal to about $300 (what I originally paid for mine). I know that they generally get a bad rep, but the local store seems to be trying hard to do the right thing.
