Followup: Pressure washer for weed removal...
#14
Back in the '70s, before pressure washers were mainstream, I worked for a company that sold them. I was at a factory demo-ing the unit to clean some valves internally that normally took a person hours to clean by hand. Slick as a whistle in a couple minutes. The exec I was showing it to was so impressed he immediately thought of other cleaning he could do with it and sprayed in on the brick wall of the building. Now he needed a tuckpoint job. Then, not being the quickest study, he happened to have a railroad engine sitting by handily, and sprayed the front of the engine. Went right down to bare steel. Finally the "oops" gene took hold. I'm glad it was he who was holding the wand and not me. I think the output was somewhere over 3500 PSI using a 15HP Briggs engine to power it.
