I have the previous generation model of this product, and I'm very pleased with it. Full support for APF 3.x, so no truncated file names or anything like that.
Looked at that -- the 4th picture with the back and callouts as to what they are -- "reset hole". Couldn't have used "device reset" or something slightly more technical? Maybe it applies 10,000 volts to the person putting a paper clip in that hole -- that qualifies as "reset hole" -- doesn't state what it's resetting...
