About the same here - two 27" CRT TVs, cable is $8/month for 15 "basic" channels
Lifetime Tivo (300 hours) on one TV, lifetime Replay (250 hours) on the other.
With Amazon Unbox on the Tivo, I can subscribe (no commercials!) to whatever shows I miss for much less than moving to the "standard" $60/month 75-channel analog cable tier.
E.g. "Law & Order: Criminal Intent" now on USA network costs me $1.89/episode.
(new episodes are pushed down to my Tivo early the next morning)
Doing the above keeps my total bill for cable, broadband internet, and landline telephone under $50/month.
I've played with HD (EyeTV Hybrid + indoor powered antenna), and can replace most of the channels on my cable package OTA, but it's just not worth it to me yet.
[quote will2000]We have a 32" Panasonic CRT with dual tuner TIVO and limited Comcast. (The $15/mo package)
HDTV is not very high on the budget priority list.
